Put all products except rosemary in a saucepan and when the liquid boils, cook for 1 minute on a high heat, then reduce the temperature and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Pour into glass cups, put a pear and tangerine in each, decorate with rosemary sprigs and cinnamon sticks.
Serve the cocktail warm.
