How To Cook Warm Vermouth With Cinnamon And Tangerine - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Warm vermouth with cinnamon and tangerine". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 bottle of 750 milliliters of red wine
  • 160 grams of sugar
  • 300 milliliters of dry vermouth
  • 50 milliliters of orange juice
  • 2 stars anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick + more for decoration
  • 4 cloves
  • 3 tangerines, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • rosemary stalk for garnish

Method of preparation :

Put all products except rosemary in a saucepan and when the liquid boils, cook for 1 minute on a high heat, then reduce the temperature and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

Pour into glass cups, put a pear and tangerine in each, decorate with rosemary sprigs and cinnamon sticks.

Serve the cocktail warm.
