How To Cook Warm White Bean Salad With Spinach And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Warm white bean salad with spinach and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

200-300 grams canned white beans
350 grams fresh spinach
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 stalk celery
1 small dried hot pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the spinach leaves under cold running water and cut into large pieces.

Heat olive oil in a suitable pan and fry in it the chopped onion, garlic, celery and hot pepper for 8 minutes. Increase the temperature of the stove, add in parts the spinach in the pan with the aromatic vegetables (when the amount in the pan softens a little, then put the next one).

Remove the lid and 2 minutes later add the beans together with the canned sauce (if you do not use canned, but you have boiled it, pour the water).

After 5 minutes, most of the liquid will have evaporated and you can serve the salad with toasted bread slices, which you have spread with olive oil and rubbed with garlic.

Enjoy your meal!
