Required products :

50 grams of zucchini
2 onions
1 tablespoon vegetable oil of your choice a
few sprigs of parsley or other preferred green spice
half a tomato
2-3 tablespoons (topped) canned beans in tomato sauce

Method of preparation :

Heat the fat in a pan and briefly fry the onion, cut into large pieces (halves or quarters). Add the zucchini pieces, placing them in the empty spaces in the bowl (between the onions).
Fry on both sides, the vegetables do not have to soften, you can leave them slightly raw, because this way more vitamins will be preserved in it.

Put the beans in a suitable plate and pour the vegetable stuffing on it. Garnish the salad with fresh parsley and tomato slices.
