How To Cook Warmed By Bread With Mushrooms And Milk-cheese Topping - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1/2 white stale bread
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • oil, salt and preferred spices

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread or break it into pieces, which you dry in the oven, if necessary.

Fry the peeled and chopped onion in oil and add the mushrooms, salt and spices as you prefer. In about 10 minutes the filling will be ready.

Dip each piece of bread in the milk and put in a suitable form together with the mushrooms and onions.

Beat the egg with the sour cream and yellow cheese, season to taste and pour this mixture over the contents of the pan.

Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
