Method of preparation:
Boil the potatoes and press them. Add the egg yolks, butter, salt and pepper. Stir and thicken the flour mixture. Stir until you get a dough and roll it out.
Form several rolls and cut them into slices.
Using your fingers, make indentations on all the cuttings and blanch them in boiling salted water.
Drain and set aside. Saute mushrooms in oil, add garlic and dill. Pour the potato gnocchi in a pan, add the mushroom mixture, stir and add the beaten eggs.
Sprinkle with yellow cheese and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the dish for 30 minutes, cool, cut and serve.
