How To Cook Warmed By Zucchini With Parmesan And Egg Topping - Recipe

Required products :

1 zucchini
1 egg
100 grams grated Parmesan
250 milliliters liquid cream
nutmeg
salt and ground black pepper to taste
basil and mint to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the mint and basil. Beat the cream and egg, add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season to taste. Add a pinch of mint.

Cut the zucchini into two pieces lengthwise. Using a teaspoon, remove the seeds, if any. Then cut the vegetables into thin semicircles, which you fry in hot olive oil for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Transfer the zucchini to a pan and pour over the egg-cream mixture. Bake the dish in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with mint and basil.
