1 coconut
2 bananas a
handful of dates (pour water)
2 tablespoons dried mint

2-3 tablespoons coconut shavings
1 tablespoon cocoa

Method of preparation :

Cut the inside of the coconut into small pieces, which you grind with a blender until you get fine crumbs.

Put them in a bowl and add the dried mint, peeled bananas, pitted and softened dates in the water. Beat everything to maximum homogeneity.

You can use more dates if you prefer sweeter, or add honey to taste.

Wash the watermelon and cut it into 3 parts, making the middle one the largest, because it will be the base of the unusual cake.

Then, using a large cooking ring or a sharp knife, cut a circle from the soft part, remove the crust.

Place in a suitable dish and cover the watermelon on all sides with coconut cream.

Sprinkle with coconut shavings and cocoa powder, then put the dessert in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.

When you take out the cake, cut it into pieces and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
