- 300 grams of sliced and cleaned watermelon
- 100 grams of coconut shavings
- 50 milliliters of coconut milk
- 150 grams of sour cream
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
Put watermelon, sawdust and coconut milk in a bowl. Puree them, add powdered sugar and sour cream. Stir until smooth, pour into dessert cups and cool. Serve the flints garnished with fresh mint leaves.
