Learn how to cook "Watermelon ice cream with kiwi and coconut milk". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

550 grams of watermelon, peeled and seeds
5.5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coconut milk
6 kiwis
1 tablespoon chocolate chips optional

Method of preparation :

Mix the sliced watermelon with 2 tablespoons of sugar, add the lemon juice and beat with a blender until puree.
Remove the formed foam and distribute in 10 suitable forms for ice cream on a stick, filling about 2/3 of the volume of each.
Add the chocolate chips and stir. It is not necessary to use, the idea of chocolate is to recreate the seeds of watermelon.
Put suitable chopsticks and place the forms in the freezer for three and a half hours.

30 minutes before the specified time, beat the coconut milk with 1.5 tablespoons of sugar until the latter dissolves. Leave the milk to stand until it is time to take the watermelon out of the freezer.

Once you remove the frozen fruit, put a little milk in each form (about 1 tablespoon of ice cream). Return to the freezer for 45 minutes.

While you wait, peel the kiwi, cut it into pieces and beat in a blender with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pass the resulting puree through a sieve to separate the seeds from the fruit.
If desired, you can add a little food coloring to make the color saturated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove the forms from the freezer, carefully put in each of the green puree (1 tablespoon) and return to freeze (for 2-3 hours).

You can easily remove the finished ice cream from the molds by immersing them in hot water for a few seconds.

Enjoy your meal!
