Required products :

  • 3 teaspoons water
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 tea cups chopped peeled watermelon

Method of preparation :

Heat the water and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally. Wait for the syrup to cool.

Brand the watermelon until smooth. Mix the watermelon, lemon juice and syrup in a bowl.

Store the mixture covered in the refrigerator.

Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and turn on the appliance, stirring until it becomes crystals.

Transfer the sorbet to a plastic container with a lid and store in the freezer for 2 hours.

If you don't have an ice cream machine, put the sorbet in the freezer, stirring every 10 minutes until firm, then let it freeze.
