Required products :

  • 1.5 teaspoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon coffee


Method of preparation :

Add a pinch of salt, soda, cocoa to the flour. In another bowl, mix the oil with the sugar, pour the lemon juice and water. Beat with a mixer until the sweet crystals are completely dissolved.

Then add the liquid combination to the dry one and beat thoroughly with a mixer or use a wire whisk.

You can use dark chocolate instead of cocoa. You need to melt 100 grams in a water bath and then add to the finished dough.

Pour it into a greased form, which you sprinkled with a little flour or semolina.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
