Another extremely characteristic of this people is that it is not customary to eat until bursting, respectively, do not overeat.
The second place is for the cuisine of Singapore. Life expectancy is also 82 years, with 1.8% of the population being obese. The main dish is rice, but Singaporeans also eat a lot of fish and vegetables. Meat is not very popular, it is served very rarely. Tropical fruits replace sweets that are not used there.
Chinese cuisine takes the honorable third place. The population of China lives on average up to the age of 73, and 1.8% of the population is overweight. There are not many fruits and vegetables in this country due to the unfavorable climate for growing them. The menu includes mainly fish, quality dairy products, black bread and berry crops.
Mediterranean cuisine (Spanish, Italian, Greek) is also among the best. Olive oil and a large amount of seafood are typical in the preparation of dishes. Greek cuisine is famous for its aubergines and sardines.
French cuisine is also on the list of useful national cuisines. 6.6% of French people are overweight and have a life expectancy of 81 years, although meat, high-calorie cheeses, pasta and chocolate are the favorite foods of the population. The secret lies in the fact that small portions are taken, and fried is almost not consumed.
And Israeli cuisine finds a place in the rankings. These people use many different spices and herbs when it comes to food.
