Necessary products:

porridge of finely ground wheat

3 teaspoons hot water

3.5 - 4 teaspoons of flour

2 eggs

spices

left

Method of preparation:

You can replace wheat porridge with bulgur.

Fill the wheat porridge with boiling water, close the container with a lid and leave for 30 minutes to swell. Then add the eggs, flour, red pepper, other spices and salt. Knead a sticky dough.

Make the filling. To do this, lightly fry the minced meat, add the ground walnuts and tomato paste (tomatoes), salt and fry until done. Add parsley.

Grease your hands with oil and break some of the dough (as much as a tennis ball), form a ball. Make an indentation in the middle with your thumb and gradually increase its size until the dough acquires the shape of a pepper.

Fill the "peppers" with 1 teaspoon of the filling and pinch the edges. Then place the meatball between your palms and with swirling movements "wrap".

Fry in a large amount of fat over low heat until golden.

Enjoy your meal!
