How To Cook Wheat Porridge With Poppy Seeds, Raisins And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons whole wheat
  • 1 cup poppy seeds
  • 100 grams of honey (or 1/2 tea cup of sugar)
  • 30 grams of walnuts
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the wheat, pour boiling water, put on the stove and wait for it to boil. Then drain the liquid with a colander, rinse the beans with cold water, pour new water and boil until done.

Wash the poppy, pour boiling water, rinse it with cold and crush in a mortar until white. Add honey, add a little salt if desired.

Add the ground walnuts and raisins.

Mix all products and serve the porridge.
