Necessary products:

200 g dried white beans or 700 g canned

8 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/2 bunch coriander

4 little hot red chili peppers

4 cloves garlic

4 feathers green onions

freshly ground black pepper and salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

If you use non-canned beans, you must first soak them in water, which you then drain. Then pour clean and bring to a boil over low heat until the beans soften. Add a little salt.

Prepare the other products as well.

Peel the garlic and cut it lengthwise into straws. Remove the tails of the peppers, cut them, clean the seeds and cut them into large pieces. Cut the green onions into thin circles. Use coriander leaves.

Mix olive oil and vinegar, put the cooked beans in this marinade. Season with salt, pepper, add garlic and hot peppers. Allow to cool. Sprinkle with green onions and coriander on top. Mix everything well. Close the container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for an hour to absorb the flavors and aromas.

If you decide to use canned beans, you can add its juice to the salad, even so it will be tastier.

Enjoy your meal!
