How To Cook White Bean Soup With Leeks, Garlic And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "White bean soup with leeks, garlic and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of white beans
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • dry rosemary to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • dill and parsley to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour a large amount of water over the beans and let stand overnight or for at least a few hours.

Then drain the liquid, pour another and boil the beans, adding to the pan 1 peeled whole onion, whole carrot and celery stalk. Add two bay leaves.

Cook for about an hour, then remove the leaves and vegetables.

Finely chop the remaining vegetables (raw), stew them in a little olive oil and then add to the beans.

After 5-7 minutes, spread the soup on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green spices and serve.
