How To Cook White Beans With Minced Meat, Mushrooms And Ham - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of dried white beans
  • 350 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 50-75 grams of ham (can be smoked)
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 heads of old onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 125 milliliters of broth
  • spices


Method of preparation :

Boil the beans until ready.

Cut the ham and onion, finely chop the garlic, wash the mushrooms and cut into 6-8 pieces. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes, the sweet pepper into small strips, and the hot one - chop finely.

Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a pan and pour in the ham and mushrooms, fry them. Add onion, garlic and minced meat, fry for another 5 minutes and then add the tomatoes, peppers, broth and ketchup. Season to taste.

Close the pan with a lid and let the mixture simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Then pour the cooked beans into it and let the dish simmer for another 10 minutes.

Finally sprinkle with fresh green spices and you can serve.
