Required products :

400 grams of white beans
300 grams of spicy sausage (chorizo)
300 grams of mushrooms (portobello)
1 onion
1 tomato (or 1 teaspoon of tomato paste)
1 carrot
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Fill the beans with water and let stand overnight. The next day, drain the liquid and boil the beans in clean water (the amount should be enough to cover the beans). Add the chopped onion and carrot, bay leaf, grated tomato or tomato paste and other spices if you prefer. Once the beans are cooked, remove the vegetables, grind them and return to the broth. Add salt towards the end of cooking. During cooking, add hot water so that the beans are covered continuously.

Fry the sliced ​​sausage in a pan, add the mushrooms and 5-7 minutes later remove the pan from the heat. Pour the delicious combination over the beans and let everything cook for another 10-15 minutes.
