How To Cook White Chocolate Bars With Almonds, Hazelnuts And Cranberries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of white chocolate
  • 200 grams of coconut shavings (maybe less)
  • 200 grams of condensed milk
  • juice of half a lemon
  • handful of dried cranberries
  • a handful of almonds
  • a handful of hazelnuts

 

Method of preparation :

Break the chocolate into pieces, melt it in a water bath. Roast the nuts in a dry pan, they must be dried.

Mix the melted chocolate with the condensed milk, mix well and add the lemon juice. Pour the coconut shavings into the mixture, stir.

Then add the roasted hazelnuts and almonds (you can crush if you wish), the dried cranberries. Mix everything with a wooden spoon.

Cover the bottom and walls of a suitable container with plastic wrap, pour the chocolate-milk mixture. With wet hands, press the surface, distributing it evenly.

Cover the chocolate with foil and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

To make it easier to cut, place the dessert in the freezer for 30 minutes.
