How To Cook White Chocolate Fondant - Recipe

Required products :

  • 160 grams of white chocolate
  • 80 grams of flour
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 8 grams of sugar (1.5 teaspoons)
  • 4 eggs
  • ball of vanilla ice cream for garnish


Method of preparation :


Melt the white chocolate and butter in a water bath or use the microwave. Stir the mixture periodically and after it becomes homogeneous, let it cool down a bit.

Separately beat the eggs with the sugar and add the chocolate with the butter. Stir well.

Then pour the flour (sifted in advance) with the other products and, of course, stir again.

Pour the finished mixture into a mold, filling it a little more than half. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.

When you remove the pan from the chamber, place it in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 12 minutes.

Once the fondant is baked, wait five minutes and then remove it from the pan.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
