How To Cook White Chocolate Nougat With Walnuts And Dried Fruits - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of white chocolate
125 grams of butter
100 grams of walnuts
50 grams of dried cherries
40 grams of raisins
3 drops of rum essence

Method of preparation :

Wash the raisins, pour boiling water over them and let them sit in it for about 10 minutes to soften.
Cut the walnuts into large pieces. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, then mix until smooth.

Add raisins, walnuts, dried cherries and essence to the resulting combination. Stir and refrigerate for an hour.

Then spread the cooled mixture on plastic wrap and give the desired shape to the dessert. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. When you take it out, cut it into pieces about a centimeter thick and serve.

Store in the refrigerator.
