Required products :

110 grams of sugar
3 eggs (yolks)
65 grams of white chocolate
125 milliliters of liquid cream
20 milliliters of cognac

Preparation :
Mix the yolks with the sugar until creamy. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add to the resulting mixture.
Divide the cream into two equal parts. Combine one with the other products you have prepared so far and place the dish on the stove. The cream should thicken, then add the cognac and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.
Whip the remaining cream and combine with the cream when it cools.
Transfer the mixture to a cold container, the inside of which you have covered with baking paper. Put the dessert in the freezer overnight.
Instead of white chocolate, you can use dark or milk.

Decorate as desired.
