How To Cook White Chocolate Truffles With Coconut, Almonds Or Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

  • sugar balls (for rolling)
  • coconut shavings (for rolling)
  • powdered sugar (for rolling)
  • almond leaves (for rolling)
  • good quality white chocolate
  • 60 milliliters of cream with a fat content of not less than 30%
  • 1 tablespoon of alcohol of your choice (liqueur, rum or other)

Method of preparation:

Break the chocolate into small pieces. Pour the cream into a bowl and put on the stove in a water bath. When it boils, add the broken chocolate and stir until completely dissolved. Pour in the alcohol and remove from the heat. Leave the mixture in the cold (in the refrigerator) for 4 hours (maybe longer). Then take the dish out of the fridge and form balls of the same size. Pour all the coating products into flat plates and roll the truffles. Place them in paper molds or other suitable to keep their shape. Refrigerate. When you take it out, arrange the truffles with a different coating beautifully on a festive tray and serve.
