Break the chocolate into small pieces. Pour the cream into a bowl and put on the stove in a water bath. When it boils, add the broken chocolate and stir until completely dissolved. Pour in the alcohol and remove from the heat. Leave the mixture in the cold (in the refrigerator) for 4 hours (maybe longer). Then take the dish out of the fridge and form balls of the same size. Pour all the coating products into flat plates and roll the truffles. Place them in paper molds or other suitable to keep their shape. Refrigerate. When you take it out, arrange the truffles with a different coating beautifully on a festive tray and serve.
