How To Cook White Fish Fillet With Baked Potatoes And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

for potatoes :

  • 450 grams of small potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Provencal spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

for fish :

  • 100 grams of white fish fillet (cod)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Provencal spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

for serving :

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • tomato sauce

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Cover the pan with foil and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, olive oil, Provencal spice and salt. Spread in a pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

Season the white fish fillet with olive oil, Provencal spice and salt. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish for 4-5 minutes on one side, turn and fry until done.

Serve the potatoes and fish in 4 plates. Garnish with tomato sauce and fresh basil leaves.
