1 red sweet pepper (80-90 grams)

2 egg yolks
1 tsp olive oil
1-2 tsp green lemon juice
1-2 tsp mint
Method of preparation:
Important: do not thaw the fillet in water, because the fish loses a significant part of its qualities. It is best to let it thaw in the refrigerator (slowly, but you will get a tastier dish).
Let's move on to cooking. Start with the sauce: in a bowl of a water bath, beat the yolks, adding olive oil. Beat until you get a thick foam, then add the finely chopped mint and lemon juice. The sauce is ready.
Here is the main part of the dish: cut onions and peppers into large circles 2-3 cm thick. Season the fillet with salt and pepper.
