Method of preparation :
4 pieces of white fish fillet (about 150 - 200 grams each)
50 grams of breadcrumbs
half a lemon
50 grams of parmesan
1 egg
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon oil
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate parmesan, mix it with breadcrumbs, grated lemon peel, add chopped parsley, salt and spices to taste.
Beat the egg lightly in a separate bowl.
Dip the fillet in it, then roll in the resulting dry mixture and fry in a little oil until golden brown, close the pan with a lid and leave on the stove until done.
