Breaded fish is not always particularly attractive. But with this dish you can impress everyone - baked white fish, tender sauce and finally - on a couch of toast and spinach.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of white fish fillet (4 fillets)
  • 125 grams of baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon wholemeal mustard
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (or more to taste)
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 egg yolk

for salad:

  • 80 grams of a mixture of garden salad, spinach and arugula
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • olive oil for watering

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven and bake the fillet until done. You can also do this on the grill by placing the fillet in a pan. When the meat is ready, cover to keep it warm.

Put the mustard, flour and 2 tablespoons of milk in a saucepan. Stir to make a paste, then pour in the remaining milk and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and after a minute add the grated cheese. Be careful not to boil the mixture. When the cheese has melted, remove from the heat.

Toast the bread and place it in a pan.

Spread the spinach over the slices. Put one fish fillet on top.

Add the yolk to the mustard sauce and stir, put it on the fillets.

Grill for 2-3 minutes until a slightly golden crust is obtained.

For the salad, combine the products and serve it with each portion of fish.
