Method of preparation :
Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, blanch for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Then pour them cold and drain well.
Peeled onions cut into small cubes.
Melt the butter in a large deep bowl and sauté the onions lightly in it.
Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into quarters, which you add to the onion.
After 5 minutes, put the fish in the bowl, which you previously sprayed with lemon juice and cut.
A little later (about 5 minutes) add the broccoli, pour a little of the water in which you blanched them, also the cream. Season to taste and heat the mixture.
Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and serve.
