Required products :
- 500 grams of white fish fillet
- 1 eggplant
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 200 grams of yellow cheese or other type of cheese
- greens and other spices
- lemon juice
Method of preparation :
Cut the eggplant into pieces (transversely) and put them in salted water for 20-30 minutes.
Season the fish fillet and spread with lemon juice.
When you take the aubergines out of the water, dry them and arrange them on the bottom of a tray. The pieces of fish follow, and on them - tomato rings.
Put yellow cheese or your favorite cheese on top and bake the dish for 40 minutes in the oven (at medium temperature).
