  • 500 grams of ripe tomatoes
  • 200 grams of tomato paste
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf

 

Method of preparation:

 

Season the fish with devesil, salt and pepper. Roll it in flour and fry it in hot olive oil. In another bowl, add extra fat and fry the onion, garlic, finely chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.

Season with bay leaf, chopped peppers, salt and pepper. Stir and after 10 minutes remove from the heat. Fry sliced ​​aubergines and arrange them on the bottom of a pan.
