How To Cook White Fish With Spinach, Tomatoes And Olives - Recipe

Learn how to cook "White fish with spinach, tomatoes and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 8 eggs
  • 600 grams (4 pieces) of white sea fish fillet
  • 2 links fresh spinach
  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • handful of olives (or more)
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with a fork, add the chopped parsley, spinach, salt and stir.

Grease pots or suitable portion bowls with olive oil, distribute the fish, whole cherry tomatoes and olives in them.

Cover with grated yellow cheese and pour the mixture of eggs, spinach and parsley.

Bake the dish for about half an hour in the oven at 200 degrees.
