Prepare a homemade icing to decorate the cakes with beautiful ornaments to your liking. The recipe is easy and the durability of the icing is great - up to 1 month.

Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 600 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid glucose
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Stir in the egg whites lightly, add the powdered sugar, stirring constantly, until smooth.

Pour in the glucose and lemon juice and continue stirring until a thick, smooth and shiny mixture with firm tips is obtained. Pour it into a bag and decorate shapes of your choice.
