Learn how to cook "White mushroom soup with carrots and semolina". Delicious recipe.

Method of preparation :
Peel the carrots and cut into thin straws or grate.
Peel an onion and chop finely.
In a deep pan at a moderate temperature, fry the two vegetables until soft, not to turn red.
Clean the mushrooms.
Cut them into pieces suitable for the soup.
Then add them to onions and carrots. Fry everything for a few minutes and transfer the mixture to a saucepan with salted water (1.0-1.5 liters). Once it boils, reduce the heat and add the semolina, stirring constantly.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the stove, close the pot with a lid and let the soup stand for a while before serving.
Serve with thick cream (maybe liquid, maybe sour).
Semolina is used as a thickener and can be replaced with noodles or potatoes.
