How To Cook White Pizza With Broccoli, Mushrooms And Milk Sauce With Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • ready pizza dough
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 250 grams of broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams of mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2.5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • left
  • freshly ground black pepper


Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms and garlic cloves into thin slices, divide the broccoli into inflorescences.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the garlic and mushrooms in it for 7 minutes. Then add the broccoli, pour a little water, cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Season with freshly ground black pepper and add salt to taste.

Melt the remaining butter in another bowl, pour the flour into it and fry for 2 minutes, stirring. Then pour the milk in portions, stirring after each. Add salt and cook until thickened (3-4 minutes). Then remove the pan from the heat, add half of the mozzarella and parmesan to the sauce and stir until the cheeses are melted.

Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Spread a loaf of dough in a pan, put in the oven for 5 minutes, then apply the sauce on the surface, leaving about an inch at the edges without coating.

Distribute the broccoli and mushrooms, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan and return the pizza to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
