Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of flour
  • packet of dry yeast 10 grams of salt
  • 5 grams of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 milliliters of warm milk

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • several different colored tomatoes
  • a few sprigs of fresh basil
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl and add salt, sugar, yeast. Add olive oil, milk and make a dough. Leave it to rise and divide into two parts. Roll out the crusts and place them on a sheet of parchment.

Coat the tops with cream cheese. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes, put on the base. Garnish with basil leaves, season with salt and pepper.

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the pizzas on a flat pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, cut and serve.
