Wash mushrooms with cold water and cut them into small pieces. Stew them under a lid in hot oil over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. Season with ground red and black pepper. While the mushrooms are cooking, stir them occasionally with a wooden spoon. During this time, all the liquid that has separated from them will evaporate.
Sprinkle the stewed mushrooms with the flour, stirring in the meantime. Then pour the fish broth, oil and add the sour cream. Stir thoroughly and cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat and stirring constantly.
The sauce is ready, you can serve it as an addition to fish.
