Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of flour
  • 30 grams of granulated sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 60 milliliters of white wine
  • 15 grams of sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon anise
  • grated rind of one lemon
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

First mix the flour with the sesame seeds and bake it. Cool, cover a pan with a sheet of non-stick paper and preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, lemon zest, anise and stir.

Then add the butter and mix with a spatula. Pour the wine and prepare the dough. Roll out a crust about 3 cm thick, cut round shapes with the help of a ring and with the second smaller one remove the inside of the circle.

Arrange the sweets in the pan and bake them for 12-15 minutes. Cool, place the sweets on a wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Arrange on a plate and serve.
