How To Cook Whole Baked Potatoes Stuffed With Yellow Cheese, Butter, Mayonnaise And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Whole baked potatoes stuffed with yellow cheese, butter, mayonnaise and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 8 potatoes
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • dill, salt and garlic to taste

Method of preparation :

Remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature to soften.

Wash the whole potatoes without peeling them. Then pierce them in several places with a fork.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and bake the potatoes for 35-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese and mix it with the already softened butter, mayonnaise and dill. From this combination form 8 equally large balls.

Make cross-cuts in the finished potatoes, reaching a depth of 1 cm inside the flesh. An option is to just make deep indentations.

In these places put the cheese balls and place the potatoes for two minutes in the oven or microwave.

An option is to bake them wrapped in foil, if you use the oven, so the filling will not spill much.

Of course, the filling can be different: use other proportions of the specified products, add sausage or other product.

These juicy potatoes are a wonderful side dish to meat.

Have a good time!
