How To Cook Whole Baked Potatoes With Herbs And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary spices :

8 large potatoes

1 teaspoon of aromatic herbs of your choice

1 teaspoon salt

4 - 5 tablespoons olive oil

50 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and make shallow incisions on their surface at a distance of about 0.5 cm from each other.

 

Mix in a bowl olive oil with aromatic herbs, add salt, stir.

 

Spread the resulting mixture over the whole potatoes and arrange in a suitable baking dish.

 

Place in the oven and bake for about an hour (check readiness, the exact time depends on the size and variety of potatoes).

At the end of cooking, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven to melt on the surface.

 

The dish is ready and can be served with vegetables, meat or fish.
