Learn how to cook "Whole boiled-baked potatoes in rosemary oil". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
about 10 small potatoes with approximately the same size
chicken broth (or water)
50 grams of
rosemary oil (dried or fresh) to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
Arrange them in a pan whole and without peeling. Pour broth to fill about 3/4 of the dish, add the butter and spices.
Close the pan with a lid and let the potatoes cook until done. Then remove the lid and leave the dish on the stove until all the liquid has evaporated and the potatoes are baked on one side.
Then turn from the other to form a golden coating there as well.
