Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped red onion in it, stirring until soft. Then add the beaten egg whites and stir constantly until they turn white (this will take about a minute).
Bake the bread and on each slice (while still hot) put first thin slices of cucumber, then egg white, on it tomato rings, followed by salmon and garnish with green spices.
These toasters are extremely useful because they give the body large amounts of chromium, protein, vitamins B2 and PP, sodium, and saturate it with Omega-3 fatty acids.
