  • 150 grams + 2 tablespoons plain wheat flour
  • 150 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 50 grams of wheat bran
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon spices suitable for bread

Method of preparation :

Roast the bran in a dry pan until golden brown. Allow them to cool.

In a baking dish, mix the two types of flour, add the bran, salt, sugar, yeast, butter and spices, pour the milk. Switch on the appliance in "Dough" mode and use only for kneading.

Put the finished dough in a greased bowl, then place in the oven at 30 degrees and wait for it to rise.

Then it has to rise a second time. If the dough is very soft, let it do so directly in the pan in which the bread will be baked. If it is firm enough, you can place it on the kitchen counter.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees and then place the form in it. Reduce the temperature to 200, after 10-15 minutes do 180, and after the same amount of time - 165 degrees.

Spread olive oil on the finished pastry and let it rest.

The crust is crispy and the inside is soft and tasty.

Enjoy your meal!
