Necessary products:

 

  • 2 teaspoons wholemeal flour
  • 100 grams of white flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons warm water

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients, including honey. Stir well and slowly pour in the water. Stir with a spatula until a crumbly mixture is formed and pour a tablespoon of olive oil. Knead the dough by hand, if necessary add a little more flour.

 

Continue kneading for 6-7 minutes, put the dough in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth for an hour. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease a pan with olive oil and divide the dough into six equal parts.

 

Sprinkle with flour and roll out round crusts.

 

Cover again and wait for them to double in volume. Bake for 20 minutes and when ready, cover again with a damp cloth. Cool, break and serve.
