Required products :
 
300 grams of wholemeal flour
200 grams of cheese of your choice (different types of yellow cheese that melt easily)
100 grams of cottage cheese
bunch dill, parsley or other preferred green spice
50 milliliters of oil
300 milliliters of water
2-3 pinches of salt
 
Method of preparation :
 
Pour the water into a suitable container and bring to the boil, add a few pinches of salt.
 
Mix the cottage cheese with the grated cheese and finely chopped green spices.
 
Put the flour in a deep bowl and gradually pouring boiling water, knead the dough. Cover it with a thick towel and let it stand for about 30 minutes.
 
Then divide it into several parts, each of which roll out thinly.
 
Spread the filling over half of the loaves, leaving loose at the end (about 1 cm). Cover with another loaf and pinch the edges with wet fingers.
 
Fry in a pan with hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
