Learn how to cook "Wholemeal bread with flax and sesame seeds". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

50 grams of wheat flour

  • 450 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 20 grams of semolina
  • 15 grams of fresh yeast
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 50 milliliters of cold pressed olive oil
  • 320 milliliters of water
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds

Method of preparation :

Mix the two types of flour, semolina and gradually add the yeast. It is important to grind the yeast with your fingers until it crumbles nicely.

Knead the dough, pouring olive oil and water over the dry ingredients, add salt.

Finally, add the seeds, place the dough in a deep bowl, pre-sprinkled with flour and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour, covering the dish with a towel.

Then take it out on a floured kitchen counter, carefully shape it into a ball, put it back in the bowl and wait 30 minutes. Then take it out again on a floured surface, knead and put in the form in which you will bake. Make random cuts on the surface with a sharp knife, cover with a towel and leave for another hour.

Preheat oven to 230 degrees. When you put the dough in it, reduce to 220. In about 25 minutes the bread will have a golden crust. Open the oven and wait 15 minutes before turning off.

Cool on a wire rack.

Enjoy your meal!
