Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 100 grams of white flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons of salt
  • 200 grams of nettle, maybe frozen
  • 250 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the two types of flour with the dry yeast, stir and add sugar, salt and finely chopped fresh nettle. You can also use frozen or blanched. Pour in the water and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour on a floured surface and knead. Form loaves and place them in a parchment-lined tray. Allow them to double in volume and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

When ready, wrap with a damp cloth, cool and cut. Serve and garnish with products of your choice and taste.
