Bake healthy bread with a pleasant aroma of seeds. You can combine it with sweet or savory dishes. Keep it tightly
packed, as the seeds make it a little more susceptible to drying out than typical wholemeal bread.
Required products :
* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.
Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Bake all the seeds on medium heat in a dry pan, stirring often until they turn brown and start to crack. Set aside 2
tablespoons of them in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, mix well the remaining seeds, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the buttermilk, oatmeal, avocado oil and honey, homogenize.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir until well combined. Pour the resulting dough into a prepared baking tray. Sprinkle with the reserved seeds. Bake in the oven until ready and until golden brown (about 45-55 minutes), then remove the bread and leave to cool for about 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
You can store wholemeal bread with seeds at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
