How To Cook Wholemeal Chicken Waffles With Cottage Cheese And Rosemary - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Wholemeal chicken waffles with cottage cheese and rosemary". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

200 grams of chicken fillet
150 grams of wholemeal flour
2 eggs
100 grams of cottage cheese with 10% fat
20 grams of yellow cheese
ketchup or other tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rosemary

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the curd with the eggs, stir and season with salt and rosemary. Then add the flour and make a dough.

Cut into pieces, roll out between two sheets of plastic wrap.

Spread ketchup on each side. Put fillet on one part, then grated yellow cheese and close with a second loaf of bread.

Repeat with the other products.

Bake in a waffle iron greased for 5 minutes.
