Turn on the oven to heat to 170 degrees and line a tray with paper or put a silicone baking tray in it.
In a bowl, mix the yeast, flour, flaxseed, butter, salt and seeds. Stir with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula for about 1 minute.
Place the dough in the center of the pan and press with your hands down. Sprinkle with flour and roll directly into the pan into a rectangular shape. No problem if you fail to achieve the perfect shape. Try to roll out the dough thinly, about 3-5 millimeters.
Use a pizza knife to cut it into squares.
Cook for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool for 15 minutes, then break the crackers, following the cuts you made.
Serve immediately or store in a tightly closed container for up to a week.
