Necessary products

For the dough:

400 grams of aromatic honey

200 grams of brown sugar

300 grams of wholemeal flour

300 grams of wheat flour

4 eggs

1 tablespoon baking soda

For cream:

1 liter of cream with a fat content of 30%

250 grams of prunes

200 - 250 grams of sugar

200 grams of walnuts

cognac (or orange juice)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the glaze:

1 packet of ready-made chocolate glaze

100 grams of almond leaves

shape with a diameter of 24 cm

Method of preparation :

Sift the two types of flour and mix them. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the soda to the honey, put on low heat and stir until foam forms. Remove from the heat when the foam begins to swell like a hat. Add honey to the eggs and stir. Add a little flour and knead a dough that resembles a thick cream.

Line a form with baking paper and put 2-3 tablespoons of the dough. Spread with wet fingers on the bottom of the dish, bake the marshmallows in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Do the same with the rest of the dough.

Prepare the cream. Wash the prunes, slice or grind them with a blender and pour over cognac or orange juice. Drain the liquid from the cream using gauze, then beat with the sugar and add the starch, prunes and crushed walnuts.

Wait for the countertops to cool and stick them with the cream. Align the edges and sprinkle with almond leaves.

Heat the finished icing (or follow the instructions on the package), spread it on the surface of the cake. Leave to stand overnight.

All you have to do is cut the cake and enjoy its great taste.

Enjoy your meal!
